Digital Delivery Policy

ReadVideo sells digital transcription credits and monthly membership plans in U.S. dollars. Plans are billed as a one-time purchase and do not renew automatically. Checkout identifies the payment provider, amount, and currency. A return from checkout is not final delivery: credits are granted only after the provider payment is verified.

An accepted input creates a private job with a status. Processing time depends on duration, source availability, queue load, and provider response. We do not promise a fixed completion time. Completed output is delivered in the signed-in workspace for review and supported exports.

Jobs may fail, be canceled, time out, or require reconciliation. Credit reservations are finalized only for confirmed processing. If payment or fulfillment remains pending, do not purchase again; contact support with the order identifier so we can reconcile it without duplicate delivery.

Source media is normally available for processing or playback for up to about three hours unless a feature explicitly offers longer retention. Derived transcripts, subtitle projects, exports, and account history remain until deleted or a documented legal, billing, security, or backup retention period applies. Email support@readvideo.ai with the account email, order or invoice identifier, task identifier, purchase date, amount, and a description of the problem. Do not send full card details or sensitive customer content.
