Refund Policy

If you have not used any credits from a plan or credit pack, you can request a full refund. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, and the plan or pack ends immediately once the refund is issued. Contact support@readvideo.aiwith your order details to request one.

For a purchase made through our online checkout, you can also request a refund directly from the merchant of record using the link in your payment receipt; the merchant of record may process a refund on its own in line with its buyer policies and applicable consumer law.

If a payment succeeds but the purchased plan or credits are not delivered, contact us and we will deliver them or refund the payment in full.

Once any credits from an order have been used, that order is non-refundable. Unused credits from a 30-day plan expire at the end of the period; they are not carried over to the next purchase or exchanged for cash. If processing of a task fails, the credits charged for it are returned to your balance automatically.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.
